FreeWebs.com - Domain hosting, 100 megs of space, and FTP.

1and1 has been really good so far. but their control panel is slow and hard to navigate. other than that their awesome!

there is a misprint on the 1and1:
taken from site: 5,000 MB/month traffic ($.99 per GB for additional traffic)
No limits on simultaneous hits/bandwidth
